One Heart Cleaning Pte Ltd (UEN No. 201713336D, “One Heart”) is a company registered in Singapore with its registered address at 280 WOODLANDS INDUSTRIAL PARK E5, #01-08, SINGAPORE 757322. We operate the website https://www.oneheartcleaning.com.sg/ (the “Site”), as well as an online booking platform https://booking.oneheartcleaning.com.sg/ (the “Booking Platform”), that enables you to engage a cleaning specialist to provide home cleaning services.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Site", as well as any services, content, features, or functionality offered by One Heart (collectively, the "Services") via the Booking Platform. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. Services
One Heart provides cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. The Services may include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and other related services.
2. Prices, Booking and Payment
The prices of our various Cleaning Service(s) are displayed on the Site under respective cleaning service tabs, and pull-down menu on the Booking Platform. Prices may be subjected to changes during festive and/or promotion period with notice. Price changes will not affect bookings already accepted, except in cases of obvious error.
When you make a Booking, you agree to pay the cost of the selected cleaning services, with subjected Goods & Servies Tax (“GST”). We reserves its right to adjust the GST on the supplies in accordance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (“IRAS”) guidelines.
You are also required to provide accurate information about the location where the selected services will be carried out, as well as contact details of the user that we need to reach on/before the day of cleaning services.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and online payments.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations or amendments of bookings can be made by contacting us up to 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning service session.
Cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning service and no refund shall be made.
Amendments of bookings shall be finalized based on cleaner and/or machinery availability after confirmation with our customer relations officer.
In cases when refunds are issued at the discretion of One Heart Cleaning, refund amounts may be subject to deduction for any services rendered.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
a. Provide accurate and complete information when using the Services.
b. Treat One Heart’s cleaning specialists and properties with respect and courtesy.
c. Provide a safe and appropriate working environment for One Heart’s cleaning specialists in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
d. Ensure that the cleaning specialist works only within the scope of the Cleaning Services as provided on our Site and Booking Platform.
e. Communicate to the cleaning specialist all information necessary for the cleaning specialist to fulfil the Cleaning Services as soon as possible, prior to the commencement of the Home Service
f. Provide them with tools, equipment and other materials, and co-operation required as soon as possible to enable them to provide the Cleaning Services.
g. Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
In the event of any miscommunication, dispute or any other occurrence that may result in the misalignment of Your expectation of the Cleaning Services rendered and the actual performance of the cleaning specialist, you agree to immediately contact One Heart at the first instance to inform us the issue, and allow us to facilitate the communication between you and the cleaning specialist for the purpose of completing the Cleaning Services.
.5. Liability
One Heart will make every effort to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee the results of our cleaning services. We are not liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute products or services, or for any damages for personal or bodily injury or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with:
a. our Terms of Use;
b. the use of or inability to use the Site and/or Booking Platform.
c. from any communications, interactions or meetings with our cleaning specialists, other End Users or any other persons with whom you communicate, interact or meet with as a result of your use of the Site and/or Booking Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all rights on the Site and Booking Platform (technology, content, trademarks, look and feel, etc.) are owned by One Heart, and by using our Platform you agree to do so for its intended purpose only.
You’re not allowed to monitor, copy, scrape/crawl, download, reproduce, or otherwise use anything on our Site and Booking Platform for any commercial purpose without written permission of One Heart.
By uploading a review/picture to our Site and/or Booking Platform, you’re confirming that it meets our Content Standards and Guidelines and that:
a. It’s truthful (e.g. you haven’t altered the picture or uploaded one of a different property).
b. It doesn’t contain any viruses.
c. You’re allowed to share it with us.
d. You own (or are allowed to use) any intellectual property rights that it contains.
e. We’re allowed to use it on our Site and/or Platform and for any other commercial purposes (including marketing and advertising), on any media, worldwide—unless you ask us to stop using it.
f. It doesn’t infringe the privacy rights of other people.
g. You accept full responsibility for any legal claims against One Heart related to it.
We are not responsible or liable for any picture uploaded to our Platform, and we’re allowed to remove any picture at our discretion (e.g. if a picture does not meet the above criteria).
7. Use of Your Personal Information
When you register or otherwise use our Site and/or Booking Platform, you provide us with personal data which is collected and used in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy. It is important that you read our privacy policy, which may be updated from time to time, and understand how we use your information and the rights that you have about your information.
8. Modifications to Terms
One Heart Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
