Whether you are new to getting a house cleaning service or you are planning to engage One Heart Cleaning for future cleaning services, we want you to get the best out of your investment so here is what to expect and what to do when fixing a house cleaning appointment:

  • Take care of your precious belongings. While our team is proven to show honesty and integrity when delivering our services, it is important that our clients secure their prized possessions before the house cleaning service to avoid conflicts or misplacement or damage to the items.
  • It is also advisable to set up or list down a cleaning routine or checklist for our team to ensure that we will be able to meet all your requirements during cleaning session. Should you have a specific order of rooms to be cleaned, you may add them to the checklist to have our team guided.
  • If you plan to have a thorough house cleaning service, please keep some of the things (especially fragile ones) away. It is also recommended to get ready your cleaning supplies & equipment if you prefer our team to use them, though we will come with our own supplies upon request.

Do we need to be at home during the cleaning session?

Yes, it is highly encouraged to be present during the cleaning session. We will not be liable for any missing items.

Every household has different cleaning tasks. One way to prepare a cleaning checklist is to start from top to bottom. This means that the cleaning will be done from the highest part of the house down to the floors.

Typically, every day. However, cleaning can be done as frequently as the homeowner wishes. We advise once a week.

As for deep cleaning and home disinfection service, since it can disturb the daily routine at home, thorough house cleaning service is often done only when necessary (for instance, when expecting visitors) or 4 times a year if scheduled.

Some factors such as the severity of the dirt buildup, project demands, whether you are on a subscription or not or the location of the property can affect the costing and are considered when preparing the quotation.

You need to make a list of the areas that need to be cleaned to guide the cleaners on the off-limits areas. Then, you have to keep your belongings away from the areas to be cleaned to avoid damage or misplacement. Then you are all set.

 

Yes, our cleaners might also require some guidance and supervision for the equipment you own as they might not be familiar with.

Cancellations or amendments of bookings can be made by contacting our customer relations officer at +65 88 183 183 (WhatsApp) or customerservice@oneheartcleaning.com.sg 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning service session.

Cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning service and no refund shall be made.

Amendments of bookings shall be finalized based on cleaner and/or machinery availability after confirmation with our customer relations officer.

In cases when refunds are issued at the discretion of One Heart Cleaning Pte Ltd, refund amounts may be subject to deduction for any services rendered.

In the case of an emergency where you will not be available at the date/time, please contact us immediately.

When you make a Booking, you agree to pay the cost of the selected cleaning services, with subjected Goods & Servies Tax (“GST”). We reserve its right to

adjust the GST on the supplies in accordance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (“IRAS”) guidelines.

You are also required to provide accurate information about the location where the selected services will be carried out, as well as contact details of the user that we need to reach on/before the day of cleaning services.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and online payments.

  • We advise customers to let our helpers use regular vacuum cleaners/brooms. Should vacuum cleaners/other electronics be used, supervision & guidance is needed as the helper might not be familiar with the appliance. We are not liable for any damage to your equipment, or any other electronics and you are advised to be at home during sessions. We are not responsible for any breakage of equipment/furniture and no compensation will be given.
  • Our helpers are full-time employees and are eligible to work only for our company. Please do not approach them with any other job offers.
  • One Heart Cleaning Services prioritizes the safety and well-being of our cleaning teams. We provide thorough training and ensure they have the proper equipment and/or knowledge to complete tasks safely. To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, we kindly seek the understanding of our customers to avoid requesting cleaning tasks that could potentially put our helpers at risk (e.g., reaching high windows without proper equipment, moving heavy furniture).
  • Inform us of any potential hazards in your home before a cleaning session (e.g., wet floors, loose railings).
